We finally have our deposit ready and our guide is on Vacation till Friday!!!! HELP. Will they let me start the process if I call or do I have to wait for my guide to come back. I am not a paitent person, I have a hard time waititng when I really want something! Should I call tomorrow or wait!

The same thing happened to us back in February. We called on the last day of the 15% off discount and our guide was out for 2 days. I called into the sales center and they transferred me to another guide who took care of everything for us. Our guide got the credit for the sale...and the guide who helped us told us they always are more than happy to help each other out. So yes, go ahead and call tomorrow! Welcome home!

Our guide is not the greatest with returning calls so I was desperately searching for an add-on (add-on-itis-ers can be very impatient!). I called the main DVC number and told them my guide is really busy and I just wanted to speak to somebody quickly. They did give me another guide's name and transferred me directly to him. Again, he knew I was with another guide. We didn't buy anything, but it definitely is an option as PP mentioned.
