What to do while waiting for EE riders?

And how many 13 and 6 year-olds think that sounds better than playtime in Dinoland?

I understand it allows the group to stay together more, but so does skipping attractions not everyone can do. There are alot of compromises here, I just think that most 13 and 6 year olds would enjoy playing in Dinoland than standing in line for something they won't ride.

All about perspective.

Really depends how long the line is. For 20-30 minutes, I'd tell them to suck it up and stay with the family (especially since it is an interesting queue!); that we also do what they enjoy doing. Then their wait for the riders is like 2 minutes long, just while the coaster is going.
For an hour, I'd send them off to play. But both of those ages are old enough to understand that a family vacation means we all compromise to do things each member of the family picks out. At least this parent isn't forcing the kid to ride. I can remember being seated into rollercoasters in tears in elementary school.
