What to do to prepare feet and legs for all that walking?

Okay call me stupid but I have a question? I have reading so much about moleskin. What is moleskin and what does it do, where can I buy it? I am guessing a pharmacy like Rite Aid, Walgreen's, etc..

Hi, lustergirl!
Moleskin is a "second skin" type of bandage. It is really smooth and keeps blisters from forming or if makes blisters not hurt as much.
You can buy in squares and cut it to fit in hard to put places on your feet.
You can also buy it already cut. This stuff is nice if you get blisters. You can buy it at Target, Walmart, pharmacys, pretty much anywhere that has a pharmacy in the store.

One easy way to really build yourself up for walking so much is go out on breaks at work and walk for a bit..Even 10 or 15 minutes of walking twice a day or at lunch helps. We also walk on the weekends and at night, but I have gone to WDW with just walking on breaks and I have done fine too. Now I am not talking about power walking so you come back to work looking like a dripping faucet just a steady walk. I walk around our building which has a sidewalk all around it and is a nice walking path but any area would do.... :sunny:

Do NOT have a fancy pedicure done where they sand off all of your calluses. You will need them!!
