I'm one of the ones who got caught up in the $90 Dolphin rate - my daughter got all excited about spending the last half of our 6 nt. trip @ an Epcot resort vs. POR. It'll be my DD (11), niece (13), & me. I reserved 2 rooms @ POR, so the girls could have their own room. My DD was so excited about this until the Dolphin fiasco. What should I do? Try to find Epcot resort availability 1 month out (we leave 4 weeks from today:cool: ), or stick with what I have? Our first 3 nts. will be @ WL, but it isn't available the last 3. For $90/nt., it was no big deal to ask the girls to share a bed, but for the code rates, I'd rather they had their own beds (my DD is quite active in her sleep). Help! I'm so bummed by the turn of events, as I got all excited, too.

Honestly, I would keep the POR ressies. Once you DD experiences POR and the fact they have a separate room -- things will be great. Don't forget your at WDW and the pixie dust does such magical things. I would tell your DD that every resort is magical. Enjoy your trip!

I don't know if this will help but I still remember the first time my parents got my sister and I our own room at a hotel, it was so much fun!!!! We had a blast, we thought we were so cool-lol.

I say go with the POR and their own room, they will LOVE it!!!!
