What to do? Exterior Paint ?

We had someone come out and clean our roofs today (look awesome!!)

But, when he was done he sprayed the house to clean the moss that he'd brushed off.

Well, a ton of paint came off and there are these brown patches that look kind of stained.

Do I need to repaint the whole house? It was just painted two years ago.

Any ideas on how to fix it inexpensively?

Can you try touching up an inconspicuous area to see if it blends? If not, it may mean painting the whole house. Does the cleaner have any responsibility for the paint removal? Maybe the pressure he used was too high.
