What to do? Buy now or wait for Black Friday or Cyber Monday for Vera Bradley?

I want to buy mom and mother in law a bag in the new color canterbury magenta. They have a promo for a free tote worth $49 with your $125 purchase and I have a $20 off coupon. Is this a good deal or will Black Friday or Cyber Monday be better?

It's a good deal.....I was in a very small gift store Monday (had a ton of VB stuff) & they very generously offered me the deal then. I bought my granddaughter a backpack & duffel bag & got the free tote! Granddaughter wanted a specific pattern - heather which came out this fall. Then bagged it all in a Nice VB shopping bag.

Since you want one of the newer patterns you probably won't see it on sale by Christmas. If you would use the tote too, I would go ahead and get it now with the $20 coupon.

If I recall, the Vera deals tend to be on a select few patterns (never the new ones) or just apply to one type of bag/luggage. Sounds like you have a pretty decent deal now.

Why not purchase it now and keep watching? If you see a great deal later, return the other items.

In the weeks leading up to Christmas, they will have various sales going on, some very good, but the newer styles are usually not discounted that much, if at all. You have to check the site each morning by 8am. Often the good deals sell out very quickly. I have missed so many things I wanted because I checked at 11am or later.
