What time to get on bus to make bfast?

I have an ADR for Akershus at Epcot at 8:45am. The park doesn't open till 9am.

Question #1 - what time do I need to get on a bus at CBR to make it on time?

Question #2 - if the park doesn't open till 9am, how am I going to get to Akershus at 8:45am? Will they just let me in if I tell them I have an ADR?

If you are staying on site, then they start a bus (or buses) early just for people with early character breakfast reservations. I would ask at your resort about the time that the bus starts. In October, I did the Segway tour at EPCOT and I needed to be there before 9. I was able to get a bus from the Wilderness Lodge to EPCOT between 7:30 & 8. Just be careful to give yourself enough time just in case you "just miss" the bus.

Question #2 answer:
They have 1 gate open early for people with breakfast & Segway reservations. They have a list of everyone & will check your name on the list to make sure that you really have a reservation.
