Thank you. Thanks to the fabulous people here on the Disboards, I was able to learn where I could go get my picture taken with Thumper. Since DW goes by Thumper_Man's Wife, she was able to get her picture taken with Miss Bunny. So she's using that picture in her avatar now.

Supposed to be cool here again today. Most of the week actually. Highs will be in the upper 50's most of the week. Possibly low 60's.

9:40am and it's currently 47.

The temps here have been in the low 80s and sunny every day. Perfect, beautiful weather!! Exactly what we moved here for!

Last night, my husband and I took our younger daughter and her boyfriend out to dinner at PF Chang's. I was so disappointed because I wanted to eat outside on the patio, but they were hosting a large birthday party in that area. Good for them...bad for me. It was colder in the restaurant than it was outside. I hate when that happens! However, the food was delicious and we had a good time. Honestly, I'd be happy to eat outside for every meal, every day!

Aww...luv, your wish is my command as it has been absolutely awesome here in Southern California. Bright, bright sun, warm and no humidity at all. I just cannot believe its November and all last week, all this week and for awhile the weather will be amazing. 80's and 90's!!!

I know luv is at DL right now, but I am so sure she will come back and have had an amazing time as well as tell us how awesome the weather was for them!!!

Oh and luv, since moving to SoCal, we are exactly like you and your DH; DH & I love to eat every meal outside. Any restaurants we go to, we always select their outside dining patios. And absolutely every restaurant has outside dining. Just love it.

But it is unseasonably warm! I mean we would normally be around 68ish but instead the Santa Ana Winds are here bringing us the fabulous warmth!!!!

I will say my DS who lives in LaJolla had 5 good friends just fly to NYC for the Halloween weekend and your weather was amazing for all their sightseeing! Yes, nippier than SoCal but just the perfect weather for seeing everything there is to see in NYC!!!

Oh I so wish everyone could be here esp those that really dislike the cold weather. DH and I used to talk all the time about retiring to Florida when the time comes and then he was offered this fab position in CA and we aren't going anywhere for a long time. Its just lovely MOST of the time here. I am still ANGRY as heck that when all my east coast friends were visiting they could not enjoy the sun that we have MOST OF THE TIME. ugh.

Anyway, Sue, its that cold in NH already? Is is early for those temps?

Thank you. I really felt like a kid again when I got to take my picture with him. DW almost didn't get hers with Miss Bunny. We went to AK on Saturday and she wasn't around at the time I took this picture. On the Monday we came back home, we made a breakfast ADR at Tusker House. Flight didn't leave until the afternoon, so we figured we had time to do one last character meal. We had some time after breakfast to see if she could take it. Thumper came out by himself at first. We waited around for about 15 minutes or so, and it seemed like she wasn't going to come out. We were running out of time as we still needed to go back and finish packing, so were about to give up. Just as we started leaving she came out. So we took pictures with both of them. Thumper got sad when she wanted to take one with just her. He put his head down, put his hands behind his back and gave a slight little kick to the ground. So to make him feel better, she took one alone with him as well. That made a wonderful end to a magnificent trip.

Anyways back on topic. A little breezy here this morning. Sun is out though.

Yeah it did.

I was glad when DW finally got to take the picture with her. We went back a couple of times that Saturday to see if we could catch her. I was sad for DW each time we went back and Miss Bunny wasn't around. I think more so because I got to take the picture I really wanted with Thumper; and she didn't get the chance with Miss Bunny. I was really happy when she finally got to at the end of our trip.
