Hi, OK Folks this is a hard one.I am trying to work out a time for a reservation at California grill that will allow our family to see the wishes fireworks after the main course but before desert.I am thinking about a reservation around 0730 pm.Can anyone advise me if this is about right or any better suggestions please?

A few years back, we had a 7:30 ressie, and we waited at least 45 minutes to an hour to be seated because people that were already seated prolonged their meals so they could still be there when the fireworks started. From that day on, we always make our ressies before 6:30 because it was so not worth the wait to us. There was no place to sit because the backlog was terrible.
DH said maybe you'll have better luck, but it sure didn't work out for us.

We tried to do this in December and I will never do it again. I'm sure it works out for many, but I was very disappointed.
Our reservation was for 9:10 and Wishes was for 10pm that night. We were seated on time (in the back wine room) and our meal was finished for us to go out at 9:55 to see the fireworks. However the viewing area outside was so crowded we had to go to the back deck. While we could see the fireworks, we were not able to see the castle or the park. One of the reasons I wanted to see the fireworks from up there. The people coming back to the viewing area from earlier dining times had the advantage for the up front spots.
