what the heck is a Tervis Tumbler?

I take ice water in the car with me shopping, go in a store come back to the car (where I left it) and it still has ice. Lasts several hours...........and that is a big thing in the AZ heat.

My problem is that when I go into a store, I come back out and my car isn't where I left it. Would they still work for me? And yes, I know what you were really saying, but I still got a chuckle out of my visual.


I don't have a Tervis brand, but when at WDW my friend was raving about them. I bought one of the Tower of Terror insulated mugs and love it.

has anyone bought these tumblers anywhere else besides bed, bath and beyond as mentioned...?? i am looking to buy in a store like target , walmart ... etc.....

I have never seen them at Walmart, and I haven't seen them at Target but it is rare for me to go to a Target and i really wasn't looking, so it is possible they might have them.

Bed Bath and Beyond is the sure place I know to get them. I have also seen them at places like liquor stores, gift shops etc... Unfortunately, I have never seen them cheap anywhere.

Hallmark stores sell them. They have some really cute ones with the Peanuts characters on them.

But they are expensive! I looked on the Tervis site and eBay. They look cool, but the shipping makes them so expensive.

If I had ever seen one at Bed Bath and Beyond I would already have one. The 20% off coupons make that the most appealing place to get them.

Tervis has a website - they have a sale in November that is a better discount than BBB, especially if you plan on buying more than one.
