First thing, tell bell services that you are a concierge guest. They will personally take you to the fifth floor with your luggage. You can only get there by elevator with a concierge key.
You will check in on the fifth floor. This is my favorite part of concierge. You don't have to stand in line at the main desk with the kids going CRAZY.
At the fifth floor you can sit down and with the CM and check-in and the kids/spouse can relax in the lounge (if it is within lounge hours). I love it.
Also, I use the concierge to book all my PS for restaurants and shows. They can get you almost anything!!
Second best thing is the lounge for breakfast. We save at least an hour every morning by never having to do sit-down breakfast. The kids are old enough to send to the lounge for their breakfast early.
The lounge is also great for a break from each other on longer stays or fights over the TV. Just send the older ones to the lounge and they can read or visit with other kids. Makes everybodies stay just a little more enjoyable.
