What should I request if I'm looking for a quiet villa at BCV?

Hi folks, we have a 2BR villa next week at BCV. DH will need to work for two of the days we are there, unfortunately. I was hoping for a pool view but it seems we need to request a quiet area. I'm thinking top floor but beyond that don't know what to request. Can anyone advise? We haven't stayed there yet, thanks for any help.

None of the BCV rooms overlook the feature pool (Stormalong Bay), if that is your concern. There is a (generally) quiet pool on one side of BCV. If you don't even want to chance that, I would ask for a garden view.

Best ones, IMO, for quiet face the woods, -41 and -51. -33 also faces the woods, but being in the main corridor, I don't know if it would have noise from people walking by, talking. The other rooms mentioned are on the small side corridor.

I think the idea of high floor away from the elevators is your best bet. I agree that a garden view request might be better, but the BCV pool view is overlooking a smaller, less populated pool at the villas.

Definitely away from elevators - heard the noise is tremendous.
I was directly across from the elevator on my last stay, not on the same side of the hallway. I didn't hear any noise from the elevator. Now, if you were placed in a room right beside it, your experience could be worse. I had one of those woods view rooms on the 4th floor (I think). There's a busy road that runs past there, hidden by the trees but that doesn't stop the noise. Not a problem inside the room, but out on the balcony it felt just like home where I live a very short distance to a major highway.

Thanks everyone. We ended up getting room 251 and it was lovely. It was at the end of the hallway and facing the woods and there was no noise whatsoever and we enjoyed seeing the trees. Also, that flood gets the long balconies which was nice, too.

We always ask for our two bedroom to face the quiet pool and we find it very pleasant. Not too much activity in the pool area. Everyone likes to go to Stormalong.
