I'm sure this has been asked, but I have a book, Hassle Free Walt Disney World, and I look to this site.

The book says the Early opening days are:
AK Monday and Friday
MGM Tues and Sat
Epcot Wed
MK Sat and Thurs.

Well looking here, this doesn't seem to ring true. My hassle-free planning is killing me. We are going Oct21-29 and I want to start planning what days where so I can be ready to make PS by the 90 day mark.

I just need a starting point and then I'm good. I'm figuring OFFICIAL times for parks in October will come out late August early Sept, but then is that too late to do PS'

This is getting too frustrating and I just need some thoughts.

It really does get frustrating. But anything that you read before Disney officially releases the hours is a prediction based on past or current schedules. .

To my knowledge, MNSSHP is the only thing where the days and hours are pretty much set for October as of yet.

I'm planning with the knowledge that I may need to change one or two of my ressies around once the schedule is released. I'm making alternate restaurants to go to if I cannot move a ressie. Or alternatively, I'd have to decide if it's worth it just to add the hopper option.

Just plan with the knowledge that the most important way to avoid crowds is to go off peak, which you've accomplished.
The second most important thing is get to your premier rides early.
The third is hit the right day.

It would be nice if they posted schedules prior to the 90 day ressie window so we could plan our days.

MNSSHP will definetly have an affect on the EMH schedule. The best you can do--- is make any must have ADR's. Then when the schedule is released- tweak them.

I just began making mine last week and my trip is only about 60 days away. I didn't have any problems getting what I wanted. I wasn't looking for a princess meal-- but we do have CRT for dinner and a few of the popular character meals planned.

That schedule looks like the old schedule that WDW had when they did the early entry days. Now it is called Extra Magic Hours and the schedule is different. This is what I'm going by for September (subject to change of course!!!)

Monday - EMH morning at Epcot
Tuesday - EMH morning at MGM
EMH evening at AK
Wednesday - EMH evening at MK
Thursday - EMH evening at Epcot
Friday - EMH morning at MK
Saturday - EMH morning at AK
Sunday - EMH evening at MGM

Hope this helps!! I'm right there with you trying to plan for September so I can make my ps's next week. Very frustrating without the "official" schedule of hours/days.

I would check the official Disney website for their EMH days and evenings. I would think they'd have the most current info.

Yep that was the old EMH schedule. The new one is as threeboysmoms says. Unfortunately unlike the old EMH schedule, these do change.
