What Movie Leaves You a Slobbering, Blubbery Mess?

"Field of Dreams"

"October Sky" (it's a long,personal reason)

Lilo and Stitch - the whole O'hana means family and family means no one gets left behind part really set me to tears.
Return To Me (Minnie Driver, David Duchovny), the whole thing is just so emotional, I love that movie!

Most recently, Lilo & Stitch. Dh and I are going through an adoption right now and the subject matter of family really hit home for me. I have seen it 4 times and I always cry...can't help that one! :)

As for others:
Titanic
Schindler's List
Steel Magnolias
Rocky 3 (when Mickey dies, I always lose it!)

I cry at a lot of movies!

Kamy :)

I Am Sam.. I adore that movie. :)

I also did cry at Lilo and Stitch, wasn't expecting that..

My Dog Skip .... what a great movie but definitely rated 'one and a half tissue boxes.'

Oh boy is that the truth !!!! I'm sniffing just thinking about the movie.

Others for me are Steel Magnolias and Dumbo. The song from Dumbo "Baby of Mine" brings on the water works big time !!

I cry at commercials so it's not a stretch for me.

Armageddon (sp) when he brings his little boy a toy space shuttle

An affair to remember

My Dog skip

Jack Frost ( I only saw the end and still cried)

I'll update as I think of more. I'm sure there are plenty.

denise

P.S. The preshow at HISTA, gets me every time!

Its got to be Beaches or do you remember The Champ??They have the whole family in tears.DD Taylor can't sit through ET without tears and Ciaron used to cry at Toy Story when Buzz fell when he was trying to fly out the window! And forgot about Jack Frost too!!

Bambi...when his mother gets shot
How Green was my Valley.....when Hugh brings his father up from the mine.
My Dog Skip... if you've seen it you know:)

I cry over everything, and have cried over most of the movies mentioned.

Beaches was the first movie that popped into my head. I start crying at the first notes of "Wind Beneath my Wings" and cry until the end.

ET when ET's leaving at the end. I'll be right here...waaaah!

Father of the Bride, both versions, but especially the Steve Martin version when he and Annie are outside on the night before the wedding and it starts to snow.

Me too, "Steel Magnolias", and another one that nobody has mentioned yet, "Stella" with Bette Midler. I've watched it many times but always cry at the end when the daughter gets married and Stella just "watches through the window".....so sad.....
Someone mentioned "Step Mom"....I saw that with my daughter and her fiance at the theater, I just sat there and cried and cried, my daughter kept handing me clean tissues. And I'm usually not one to cry "in public", so it was especially hard to sit there blubbering through it, but I just kept putting myself in that mother's position, how I would feel if I wouldn't be around to see my daughter get married, especially with my daughter's wedding only a couple months away at the time we saw it!

Any movie where an animal dies or is injured. Beaches.

But the one that makes me cry the most is "84 Charing Cross Road." I just die 7 deaths at the end. Oh, and "Death of a Salesman," when Linda stands over Willie's coffin (or grave?) and talks about how she can't cry. WAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!

(Yes! A guy posting! NO LAUGHING!!! ):D

The "Donald and Daisy" segment of "Fantasia 2000" (Pomp and Circumstance)

The whole thing gets me going but we shift into 2nd gear when she discovers her lockett is missing and we really go into high gear when they both reach for it in the pile of dirt Donald has swept up.

Oh, knock it off!

:D

Vegas Vacation because it is so bad. The first one was such a funny movie and they reduced the Griswolds to this...

'Forrest Gump' and 'Bless the Beast and the Children'.

and Bambi.

Titanic left me hyperventilating from crying so much.

What Dreams May Come - I've been known to start crying while telling someone that they should watch it.

Rudy.....I've seen this movie more times than I can count and I always get choked up towards the end when he gets into the game.

Saving Private Ryan....It gets me every time when Captain Miller (Tom Hanks) tells Ryan (Matt Damon) to "earn this" right before he dies. Then when the older "Ryan" asks his wife if he has led a good life right before they leave the cemetery.

Thank goodness that scene in Fantasia 2000 was mentioned. I thought I was the only person in the world who cried at this scene. I would never have had the courage to admit this one on my own.

What Dreams May Come.....is the best overall movie...a real soaker!

Pay it Forward :( Green Mile; Ole Yeller; Bambi. There are too many to mention. I won't even go see a film now unless I know I won't be sad at the end. I get too upset.

Yep, I forgot to add Green Mile.
Top Gun - when Goose gets killed.
Here's my secret (I'm a dork) movie confession - Heidi, when the woman smashes her wintery scene snow globe to the floor and Heidi realizes she will never see her Grandfather again.
