What message(s) are played if a Disney attraction stops/breaks down?

I keep trying to remember what is played on some of them but my mind is blank tonight.

Can someone remind me please - the grey cells aren't working! :)

The only thing I ever remember hearing is something like "The ride has stopped momentarily, please remain in your seat and the ride will begin moving again soon, thank you." Something like that.

Well, Haunted Mansion (at least at Disneyland) says something along the lines of:

"Restless spirits have halted our progress. Please remain seated in your Doom Buggy, and we will continue our tour momentarily."

That's off the top of my head. The Matterhorn Bobsleds will repeat "Remain seated please" and "Permanenser centados, por favor" (spanish spelling a complete guess) unless there's some major breakdown that requires you to get off the ride, in which case they inform you a CM will be around to help.

I wish I could remember more... it seems to happen on HM a lot, and I don't remember it on most other rides.

I do remember that that's what they say for HM. The reason they stop it so much is because it's a continually moving ride (doesn't stop), and they need to stop it so a handicapped person can get on.

On Splash, it's "Looks like Brer Bear and Brer Fox are causin' some mischief upstream" and then the part about remaining seated, blah, blah, blah.

I heard it about a zillion times once when the ride broke down. But that was OK by me, it was about 100 degrees outside and it was nice and cool inside the mountain.;)

I always thought the HM said something about "playful spooks" but perhaps I imagined it! :confused3
