What is Your Favorite Disney Movie???

I'll steer away from the animated films and go with National Treasure,Mighty Ducks,Angels in the Outfield and Midnight Madness which is a movie from like 1980 that many people may have never even heard of,but I remember seeing it when I was a kid and liking it and about 3-4 years ago I bought it online. It's about college kids playing a puzzle solving game all night going to different locations in Los Angeles.

Hands down The Jungle Book.

This is one of my earliest and best childhood memories. I love how the strong friendship between Mowgli and Baloo is portrayed, the songs - specially "The Bare Necessities", Baloo's way to look at life... so many things I love about that movie.

The Lion King is another HUGE favorite of mine. Like the Jungle Book, it is truly a masterpiece, love the message behind it - hard not to get emotional when Mufasa dies, or Simba roars from atop Pride Rock at the end. Have the DVD, a huge poster and several Simba plushies. And I just love big cats so that's just another reason why I love TLK.

Mary Poppins is my all-time favorite Disney film. I love the music, dancing, story, message... and it always makes me smile. A timeless classic.

This is too hard of a question!

Lion King, Sword in the Stone, Robin Hood, and The Fox and the Hound.

Pixar: Toy Story

Animated- Lion King

Non-Animated- Follow Me Boys (1966)- Reminds me of the Scouting days!

Oh God......... that's impossible for me to answer. But if I had to choose...

Animated: 3-way tie between The Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and Hunchback of Notre Dame (I also LOVE Toy Story, Pocahontas, Up, Wall-e, Tarzan, Mulan, Aladdin...)

Non-animated: Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl (I love the other 2, but they pale in comparison to the first)

Fantasia, I love the imagery with the music it is awesome.

This is so hard!!! I love them all!! I guess if I have to pick one it would be beauty and the beast!!!!

Definitely a toughie!!

Belle is my favorite princess.... because I am most like her..
Maleficent is my favorite villain...

But Mulan may have to be my favorite animated. It makes me boohoo like a little girl when China is bowing to her. Maybe it's the feminist in me!

Enchanted for favorite non-animated. We used "So Close" as our first dance song at our wedding, and "Ever Ever After" for our exit song!

Thats sooo cute! that those were your songs! They are like little hidden disney things!

The Little Mermaid, but it is so hard to choose- I love The Lion King and Nemo, too. Mary Poppins is great! And Beauty and the Beast.

"Classic" Animated: Sleeping Beauty
New "classic" animated: Beauty and the Beast

Non-animated: Tough! I'm going with National Treasure. But I also love Mary Poppins, all the Haley Mills movies and Race to Witch Mountain.

I really can't pick just one but I would say my top 4 are:

Lilo and Stitch: I love the whole family and Hawaiian theme, I love their culture, it is so beautiful. It is also my DD (5) fav. Disney movie. When she was 3 she used to put on a little hula skirt and dance around the house. She had the whole "stinkin tuna" monologue down pat and would recite it on a dime. I went CRAZY one Christmas trying to find all the Hasbro lilo and stitch dolls and playsets on ebay. ANother reason is ever since I was little it was "tradition" to go see the newest Disney movie when it came out, and this was the last one I saw "as a family" with my parents and sis.

Lady and the Tramp: I love dogs and I love the love story around them. And of course, my fav. scene is the Bella Notte spaghetti and meatballs part ;)

Cinderella: I just love this story, makes me believe that in life anything is possible.

Nemo: I love under the sea life and the animation and references are wonderful! I also love Ellen and Dory and the Tank Gang, they are great :lmao:

Oh and honorable mentions go to Up, first animated type of movie that as I was watching it I felt it was more of an "adult" story line, I cry like a baby every time Carl finds that adventure book that Ellie wrote in. And the Toy Stories, the concept, toys coming to life when no one is around, is great and I loved how all the toys I used to play with as a child had a personality hee hee.
