We went to Bed Bath and Beyond - we got $20 off the Con-air Steam Cleaner - original price was $49.99 we got it for $29.99
Not for under the Christmas tree - DH is using it already

I didn't shop at all today, but did notice last night that Expedia had the hotel we booked for our January vacation at a price about $25 less per night (same room category) than I had already booked. Took advantage of my free cancellation option, and rebooked at the lower price, saving about $300 on my two week vacation. Totally worth that!

We don't really do Black Friday here but some stores are starting it and the pre-Christmas sales are definitely in full-swing. I got DH a pair of bluetooth ear buds that had caught my eye in a flyer: $24.99 down from $79.99. I'm not much of a shopper nor do I know a lot about gadgets but that seemed like a deal to me.
