I rode Dinosaur for the first time in August and I think I've seen "Jurasic Park" one-too-many times, because I was terrified of this ride!!! We were in the front row of the car and in the end-of-the-ride photo where the t-rex is coming for you DH is sitting there with his arm stretched across the seat with an expression on his face like "oh, a dinosaur, how interesting" while I'm SCREAMING with my eyes squeezed shut and my hands over my ears!!! :rotfl2: Even the little kids in the back row didn't look as scared! :) I did laugh at myself afterwards, though, and I was just wondereing what rides other DISers consider the scariest? :earseek:

Well, at Disney I'd have to say....Space mountain. Yes, Yes, I'm such a baby. lol! But, we rode it for the first time like, 3 years ago with my cousin, mom, and aunt. I sat in the middle and my Aunt held my hand the whole way down while I screamed," OH GOD, OH GOD, OH GOD, OH GOD!" lol. It scared me to death but, I went back on for more. Hey, if you're gonna lose your voice screaming in fear, it might as well be on a ride at Disney. :confused3 :rotfl2:

Sheikra at Busch gardens.... that climb to the first drop!!!!!! i have never seen my hubby so scared!

OK no one laugh please. SOARIN, Dinosaur, and Space Mountain. I have never even tried Mission Space and will most likely be enjoying a popcorn while my kids to Expedition when it opens at AK!

I agree Dinosaur...once is enough for me and this ride.

Everything else I will do again, including MS. With MS though, I can take it or leave it.

My favorite btw, is RNR.

The scarriest ride for me would probably be Tower of Terror. I went on it twice because for me scarry is great!! I even got my 60some year old grandmother to go on it once! SUPER GRANNY!!!! :rotfl:

For me it was going on Tower of Terror ! :earseek: That 1st drop this is doosie! ;)

My hands are shaking when I get off of TOT but Dinosaur scares the crap out of me. CANNOT RIDE THIS ONE EVER AGAIN. :earseek:

That giant 300 foot sky coaster in Orlando. Half way up I was ready to stop.

Alien Encounter....probably b/c I was 10 and the shoulder harness kept banging on my shoulders.....and I'm terrified of the dark....still haven't let DM forget she made me go on this one ;)

Definitely Tower of Terror at MGM. It was scary to the point that I can't believe I got on it and wouldn't dare ride it again.

I'd say Space Mountain. I'm not at all coaster person. I can do Big Thunder, Primeval Whirl, and Barnstormer, but Space Mountain is almost too much for me. I will not do Rockin Roller Coaster.

On our last trip in 2003, I decided to play the Cool :cool1: mom and go on the RnR Rollercoaster at MGM with my 14 DD. OMG! After it took off, my eyes were closed the whole time and I don't even know what the inside of the ride looks like :rotfl2:
When I met up with DH, he said I looked as White as a sheet!! :rotfl: :rotfl:
I will NOT be going on this ride again. I though Dinosuar was scary too! :earseek:

I'd say Space Mountain. While it is my favorite, last May I rode in the front seat and it was a totally different ride! I could not tell which way I was going and it had me screaming like a 4 yr old! I loved it though and can't wait to go again! I may actually try to get the front again. ToT can be scary too but I like the scary feeling!

Tower of Terror, spooky theming and scary drops. Space Mtn., only because I felt like I was going to fall out.

Have to say Mission Space did me in. I think it was because of all the warnings "look straight ahead, dont close your eyes) Once it started I started to freak out, felt too closed in and just wanted to get off. It felt like the longest ride ever!

Mission Space. I did everything it said, like not closing your eyes. I felt nauseous for hours after. I'm glad I tried it because I was curious, but once was enough.

I'm too scared to ride TOT. DH has to ride that by himself.

"Sounds Dangerous" at MGM.

Not because of the dark. That's not a problem.

What's frightening is that there are imagineers and executives who actually think that guests will enjoy sitting in the dark with headphones on.
