What is the ONE thing you would change about DVC, DVC rules?

I have 590 points now and I have yet to receive one piece of mail or benefit from DVC, I guess resale should get the boot too

Months after closing on my second resale contract, I finally heard from a Guide for the first time, promoting Polynesian. But he was so misinformed and frustrating that I quickly asked to be transferred to a different Guide others recommended here. So far he’s ok. Not pushy and sends me random mailers. Also, he is much better informed than my first Guide.

One thing I'd like to see is wristbands at all DVC pools. Follow the lead from SAB. Honestly I"m shocked that they haven't done this for the monorail resorts. Tick-tock hacks about using those pools are everywhere. We as owners really should be able to use the pools at our resorts without fighting for space from locals and park goers. And while were at it lets implement a special line for resort guests only at those monorail stops.

I agree with this one. Bring back hopping for DVC and give out wristbands.

Yes. They have stricter timeshare laws about email and mailings than phone contact so they often reach out via phone.

Oh yes VGC is good about checking that you are staying at the resort.
