What is the most over-rated ride at WDW?

It's being replaced now, but I didn't enjoy Alien Encounter. I expected more, hopefully Stitch will be a good replacement.

Mission Space was okay, but don't count on me riding it again. I walked crooked the rest of the night! Body Wars is another one that did nothing for me.

I agree - a truly great attraction is one you can't get enough of - and I've had enough of those!

*THE* most over-rated ride for me was honestly Mission Space. While a couple of the sensations are pretty cool, it just isn't as spectacular as it was hyped up to be, in my opinion. I've gone on it a couple times now and would never wait more than 5-10 minutes to go on it.

::yes:: Right on! MS is nothing more than a glorified simulator. Hardly the unique experience it was cracked up to be.

Another vote for Jungle Cruise. I can't believe people will stand in long lines for that when they can ride KS at AK. (I do kind of like to corny jokes though)

Test Track for me too! With all that hype they had with it, and it finally opening, and then it's just like riding down the freeway in a convertible! HOW LAME!!!!!!!!

We won't waste our time on it, again. Boring, boring.

Space Mountain.

The first several times I got in line it broke down so on our third trip I was really psyched to finally ride it. At the end, I was so let down. That was it?!?!

Test Track is ok. I won't wait in line to ride it, but it's not totally horrible. Mission Space was a must do once, but it upset my tummy (and nothing else at WDW does) so I don't think I'll ride it again.

I'm going to have to say TT. When I was there in mid-July I was surprised by how in need of a major rehab it is. Most of the on-board ride computers are either blank screens or scrambled! I wish they would close down for a few months to restore it's Disney feel and then I might be excited to ride it again.

Test Track was ridiculously boring. I've been in convertibles that went much faster.

But I don't go to Disney for the thrill rides, because frankly, they don't really have any.

I am having a tough time amking a decision on this...I enjoy TT and M:S a lot, and I love Jungle Cruise just for the old world charm....

One I dont like....Timekeeper...Just VERY boring to me...

The dino ride at Epcot. I can't remembwr the exact name but I remember feeling like my innards were shaken, not stirred when the "ride" was over.

Star Tours. I haven't been on it in years.

Mission Space, hyped WAY too much and ended up being nothing more than a simple simulator that you can experience elsewhere. The graphics look so fake too boot.

I agree with test track and mission space. Test track is at least entertaining for the duration but it's not worth waiting for. On the other hand, one of my best memories is when I was at WDW with some friends and my best friend Mike (who will not go on anything resembling a thrill ride) screamed like a school girl for the entire fast part of the ride. I was laughing so hard my sides were aching when I got off.

On mission space I spent half the ride trying to hold onto my cookies and the other half wondering when something was going to happen. I kept hoping that the "something that happened" wasn't going to be someone puking on me!

I have to jump on the Test Track bandwagon. In all the times we've ridden it, only ONCE did it work properly the whole way through! As far as I'm concerned, it was a big waste of money; a joke of a "thrill" ride, and I loved World of Motion much more.

OK, rant over ;)

I agree with the now gone, going Alien Encounter. I just couldn't see why it would scare anyone. I was disappointed in it.

For me, the lamest attraction is Spaceship Earth. There is so much anticipation that you actually get to go inside the really cool silver ball and once you get in, it's nothing but a bunch of historical characters with bad wigs! :teeth:

Mission Space. It absolutely does not live up to the hype. Even my 5 year old was like "that's it?"

One more vote for Space Mountain. I used to think that ride was cool, but when we did it this past June DH and I got off and said that was lame! What did we ever like about it!!??!!
