What is the latest time for Epcot ressies?

Like the title says; What is the latest time you can book Epcot restaurant reservations (Priority Seating)?

At this late of a time, what restaurant would you recommend?

I'm fairly certain that it's 8:30 P.M. We booked Chefs de France for 8:30 P.M. in April and asked for seats on the windows. The meal and the experience were excellent.

We were able to make PS at Chefs de France for 8:50pm. We were only having dessert, but they didn't know that when we made the reservation. They told us that was the latest time to make a PS for.

Garden Grill I believe only takes them up until 8pm, probably because their hours are 5-8 for dinner.
