I am sure this has been addressed on the board, but my search function is not working.:)

We have been given a wonderful opportunity to vacation at Marriott's Village d'lle-de-France this summer. I was excited at the thought from the beginning as it will be our first trip with our children overseas, but was so excited to hear that Disneyland was so close to the resort. So, I am trying to piece together a game plan, any and all info would be appreciated. So, does anyone have an idea on the temperature and crowd levels in July? Thanks!

Hi fortheloveofamouse and welcome to DLP DIS board :wave2:

If you have not had a look yet, DLP posting rules are here, DIS posting guidelines can be found here.

Last July the temperatute was at its highest 34°C but most days in the middle around 25°C.

Parks are busy, especially at weekends. But it is possible to do most of the major attractions.

How long are you planning on being at DLP for?

Actually, last year early July was not busy at all weekdays. Saturday was apparently busy according to my travel companion, but by Sunday midday the crowds were gone and by Monday very quiet.

Towards the end of the month is does get busier but first half still relatively quiet, especially when compared to the American parks.

Temperature varies; last year it was about 12 degrees most days but the year before we had heat waves over 35 degrees

we were there in early July last yr,and had mainly warm sunny weather, but on our last day it absolutely poured down !! for most of the day !
( we werent in Disney that day thankfully!)

guess the weather is as unpredictable there ,as it is in the UK,esp Wales so we were used to it ,and well prepared :rotfl:

We were there for the last week in July last year and the weather was lovely - not too hot as Im not a sun lover but warm enough not to need coats or jumpers. We didnt see any rain at all apart from the day we went into Paris.

It was busy but the parks stay open late (until about 10ish) which gave us plenty of time to do everything. We hardly queued at all as we made good use of EMH, did rides during parades and stayed late

last year in july was lovely... it rained one of the days we were there but most of the days the weather was ok. not too hot just sunny and nice. we love the sun and hot weather mostly because it's never that hot in london.

we needed cardigans but only in the mornings and evenings
