What is Preferred Room at CBR?

Just want to clarify what a Preferred Room is. It states it is either a parking, garden, or courtyard view, but I have never stayed at CBR before.

Would you choose Preferred or Water View?

Preferred. Preferred gets you closer to main pool and food court. Water view is not worth the money. You may not be able to see the water when you are sitting down in your room.

Rooms are all the same, unless you have a king bed room which costs extra.

Preferred has nothing to do with the view it has to do with how close your room is to the main building (Old Port Royale).

We stayed in Trindad North which was a preferred building I believe Martique is also preferred.

We had standard view, there are no balconies, so I really didn't see the point in paying for a view.
