What is Kiddie Concierge?

My wife and I would love to take one of the backstage tours but have 2 children under 16. We had heard from a cm that a service called kiddie concierge would be able to take care of our children while we were on the tour. Has anyone heard of this service?

From what I have read it's kinda like the baby care station on Main Street only smaller. You cannot leave your children there alone. It's just a rest stop to get out of the heat.

You CAN get in room babysitting however. I'm not sure who the "Official" provider is for WDW now ... it used to be KinderCare but they changed a while back.

I have heard good things about Fairy Godmothers.
