It's a sweet wine made by pressing the grapes while they're frozen. Since the water in the grapes is frozen, more of the sugar and flavor is concentrated. If you google "Ice wine" or "Eiswein" you'll get a lot more info.
I think it's available in the German pavillion at World Showcase. I've tasted it and it's VERY sweet. Not a wine you would drink with a meal, but perhaps as an after dinner or dessert wine.
I tried it at Le Cellier, it is very sweet. Like the previous poster mentioned, it is like a dessert wine. So, if you enjoy sweet wine, then you would probably enjoy it.

The last time I was at Artist Point, they had a "Liquid Dessert" that was a flight of (I think) 4 sweet and ice wines. I didn't have it because I was tired enough that the wine would have knocked me on my butt, but I bet it was good. They also serve ice wine by the glass. I had it on another trip and liked it enough to buy some at home. It's pricy!
