I see some posts about logging daily intake into "fitday".

Can anyone elaborate on it? It sounds like what I need to keep me in check.

I am "derailing" lately and must get back.......just did 6 days "Alex" induction and derailed when we went to Rainforest Cafe to celebrate DD's dance recital......that darn Volcano dessert!! I started "alex" induction yesterday but blew it with an advantage bar today........

I need to get re-motivated and I want to lose 10-15 before my July trip. I know it is feasible but i am having a hard time staying motivated. Maybe this "fitday" is the key to helping me "see" what I eat.......

As always, Thank you all!!!

O.K. I think I just answered my own question.......but wait!!

I just logged on to fitday.com and entered my daily info for today.

I had 1836 in calories, 23 in carbs and my fat intake was high!! How do I continue this?

Do I just log in daily and judge for myself?

Any input or suggestions is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks again...........

I'll have to try fitday.
I wouldn't worry about the Advantage Bar, atleast it was allowed on Atkins. You can meet your goal Rosemary, just take it day by day and forget about the volcano dessert (sounds good!).

Good Luck:D

I like to stay under 1000 cal for the day so that little things i can't put in like crutons I can account for a 1,200 day or close to it. My goal was no more than 30 grm fat, 100 carbs, & 30 protiens. I avg 20-23 grms fat, 60-75 carbs, & 20 protiens. I'm loosing at a rate of no less than two lbs per week avgering 3.1 and i'm going 4 weeks strong now. I hope this helps you.

That is great Tammy. I can see by your clippie you are doing fantastci!!

I just can't believe how many calories I am taking in while trying to keep my carbs low!!! YIKES!
