ABD is Adventures by Disney.

Adventures by Disney is a division of the Disney company that runs escorted land tours. They have various itineraries all around the world. Each tour is limited to around 40 people (some a tad more or less) and are led by 2 Adventure Guides, who are FABULOUS Disney-trained Guides who take care of just about everything for you. It's a fabulous way to travel if you like to get immersed in an area, do some things you probably couldn't arrange on your own, and have the details taken care of for you. Your transportation during the tour is included (airfare to the tour is not included), you have local experts provided, your accomodations are included, and you never have to check yourself in or out of your hotels, your luggage is lugged & transported for you, all entry fees are included, etc.

If you check the sticky at the top of the ABD forum, you can find tons of trip reports for ABD. They really help explain what ABD is.
