What is a "guest fee" to be pd at check in??

Just wanderign what this is...is it when you have requested maid service or something else or is this always pd?

As members, we have never paid a "guest fee". Did you get an II trade? If so, this is the formerly called "transportation fee" that Disney charges other timeshares when an exchange is made.

There is a "resort services fee" of $95 for II exchanges, it only applies when II members exchange in to DVC. It's actually supposed to be paid before checkin but I've never heard of them turning anyone away.
