what if any "extras" did you get by booking with AAA

Just wondering, years ago, my mom was a travel agent with AAA (back when Eastern airlines was the official Disney airline!) and the AAA "packages" often included freebies or extras.

When we booked a few years ago through AAA the biggest perk was the parking pass. That really helped us the year we drove by allowing us to park closer.

It's pretty much just the parking pass. Everything else they give you is exactly what Disney sends you when you book a package.

I know there's a 200 room credit right now for Swan/Dolphin and 100 credits for gamerooms. There are "magic moments" listed in their brochure as well. I don't have one handy.

I did not book with AAA (price through them was the same as thru my travel agent that I've known for years). For our trip in December we received
100 game room points (equal to 1 play on most games)
extra 30 minutes on the sea racer boats at our resort with purchase of 60 minutes
$15 dining credit at Planet Hollywood
Free round of mini golf.

We also received a $500 disney gift card upon arrival.
We took advantage of the first 2 and of course the gc.

I think the above (not the gc) are pretty standard as I remember getting them with our first trip 6 years ago.

In 2009, we received the 30 minutes on the sea racer, $15 dining credit at PH, and free round of mini golf......I WISH we received a $500 gc ! We also received the parking pass and storytime with Belle at Epcot. We didn't take advantage of any of it, though .

I didn't use AAA, and my friend did in 2009. She received a free 5x7 when she ordered photos from one of the photo pass kiosks at her hotel. that was the only difference.
