If you look in my freezer, you'll find 4 baggies filled with frozen green goo.....yes, it's Flubber from previous DCL vacations!

The kids just couldn't say good-bye to the green stuff. (What's in that stuff??)

What have you done with your Flubber?

We had a bunch of flubber left over from our last cruise.

We fed a little bit of it to the dog and he seemed to like it. So, we thought we would try it.

I started putting it in rouxs for gumbo and using it as a base for stroganoff. It adds a surprisingly salty flavor and an interesting texture so some of the thicker foods.

I wonder if Emeril has discovered the BAM factor of flubber yet....

Dare I ask......

.....what are the "magic" ingredients in Flubber?, I take it they are all edible!!!

good question-I am not allowed to throw out the bag of green goo from my refrig.
Unfortunately, my son is past the age of forgetting that it exists so it will probably stay in the back of the refrig for a long time.
