At Disney, we all know how great their customer service is and if the request is reasonable Disney will try to fulfill it -- whether big or small.
Anyway, while at WDW what has been something odd that you have asked for while there?
Here's mine.
On our first day we stayed at SSR and walked over to DTD. I wore some shoes that I had always work working (on my feet all the time), but apparently not working for 2 years takes its toll and I had horrible, huge blisters on my feet by the time we made it to DTD. I walked through DTD, suffering. We went back to SSR after eating at DTD (via bus and I sat at the bus stop while the hubster got the car and drove to the bus stop to come get me -- my blisters were that bad I couldn't walk). I sent the hubster up to the gift shop for some band-aids/guaze/moleskin...something....we hadn't hit any parks yet (planned for the next couple of days we were there).
Anyway, he comes back from the gift shop with said supplies however we discover we need scissors to cut the products, so we sit and think, and then he heads to the front desk. He told them the issue and he had nearly every CM at the front desk looking for scissors, they finally located some not at the front desk, but in a drawer in the gift shop. So he borrowed them, brought them back to the room, and we fixed me up. A combo of guaze and moleskin worked (I could WALK!!!) and we returned them when we went out later.
Now we have scissors in our travel bag (since we drive security is not an issue). You never know what you will need.
