What happens if you lose your Magical Express tickets/tags??

My husband just informed me that when we got our magical express info a few weeks ago he put it somewhere and now has no idea where... We are leaving on Jan 15th. Is there anyway to get another set? If not what do we need to do?

I doubt they will get replacements to you in time, but you can try calling them and if they send them this week, you should get them.

If not, they will have a record of your reservation at the Welcome Checkin desk and send you on the bus.

You will need to give them your luggage tags from the airlines and a description of your bags for them to retrieve your luggage and deliver it

Two and a half weeks? They actually may be able to get replacements to you in time; otherwise, listen to drew64 (my new best friend on the DIS ).

I'd bet you'd have them in time if you call ASAP. Don't call Disney, though, call ME directly! I called them on about the 16th, and our new tags and info arrived today. Given the holiday mail load, I'd say that is most excellent!
