What happens after you sign the closing papers?

I received my closing documents on 12/18, I sent them back on 12/21. What happens next? I know the owners have to sign and send their papers back, but when will I be a "official" member and make a reservation?

Depends on if you purchased resale or direct from Disney. If it's from Disney, you are official as soon as they are received by Disney.

Halle, I received notice that I passed ROFR on 11/27/06. I received my closing documents on 12/18/06 and I sent them back on 12/21/06. Unfortunately closing services is closed until next Tuesday so I can't find out if the sellers sent back their closing papers until then. So I'm patiently waiting. (which is hard for me since I'm very impatient)

Spring and Mac, thanks for the quick reply, closing office closed until Tuesday....I'm bummed. We're hoping to book a quick trip in Feb., NewYears and VB in August, we may end up being too late for February.
