I'm back again. I am travelling with my elderly mother and my 20 year old son. My mother is diabetic and sometimes needs snacks if her sugar is low and we thought of packing them in our bags. What sort of things can we take and what are forbidden.

Also after recomendations on this board we are going to take a kettle with us. Will we be allowed to take milk with us or will we have to root some out when we arrive.

Many thanks in advance

To be totally honest with you we have taken everythign from bananas to crisps to chocolate on the Eurostar and never been stopped.

Milk would be fine too. I took loads for Kacee on my recent trip too.

If you need milk, sugar stirers or cups then check out McDonalds :thumbsup2
(Hope I'm allowed to say that, Mods please remove if I'm not :) )

I have taken all types of food on the eurostar, they are not strict about fluids or food etc as what they are at airlines.

As mentioned above, there are no food or liquid restrictions on the Eurostar.

The only restrictions in place are the more extreme items (firearms etc). A full list can be found at the bottom of this page.

This is great, thanks. This will make things much easier for us. We can get some stuff at M and S before we get on the train.
