When you read an ad from the liquor store.

Does N/R mean:

a. non refrigerated

b. non returnable (as in no deposit cans/bottles)

c. other

Dh and I disagree on this. What do you think :confused3

non returnable would be my guess. But, I wager to guess dh would know better than I!

Kelly

I think non refrigerated. I know the alcohol prices at most stores are higher for chilled products than not chilled. I won't tell you how I know this. :rolleyes1

Denae

this isn't helping :rotfl2:

Anyone else?

Why don't you call up the liquor store and ask them?

agnes!

Not Rated. So it must be a really dirty beer with lots of nudity, violence and F bombs galore. Gotta get me some dat.

:lmao:

Naked Rockstar?
Nummy Recollection-loss?
Nifty Rollercoaster?

I was thinking Non Returnable. Here, the bottles are returnable so if anyone is meandering around your backyard they can tell if you drink a lot.:rolleyes1
Or wherever you keep them. The backyard was just the first example that crossed my mind...

Everyone knows that N/R means No Recollection, which is what you will have when you finish off the bottle in one sitting.

:lmao: And sounds so much more normal than Nummy Recollection-loss.:lmao:

Well, if this is not a multiple choice question, I change my vote to ...

No Regurgitation

Wow, sounds even better than the one that's rated Double XX!!!!:dance3:

I, for one, think we all might benefit from more information here.
What kind of beer is it? How much does it cost? How many bottles?
Also, I think we should be drinking beer. That way we'll really have our minds on our work.

It is Coors Light. An 18-pack of bottles. I think it was on sale for $10.99, bought in NJ.

In the interest of science, I am opening one right now.....not even waiting for Dh to come home..........:woohoo:

Hmm. I am not sure if that helps me or not.
I will go get a beer out of the fridge, pour it in it's correct glass, and drink it while helping you ponder the situation. :woohoo:
