YES!!! I absolutely love it, it's perfect.

Everyone says I will want another, but I still remember how much it hurt, lol.

Oh and a side note...my mom brought me this cool piece of jewelry back from Ireland and it's part of the celtic spiral (which has a cool story) but it very closely resembles the design in my tattoo (btw I am Irish)

LOl, my mom wanted me to get it done on my lower back...I told her NEVER. I had to redesign one of them. It looked better the other way, but only would really fit on my lower back. No thanks...

nope, it's rotated about ten degrees to the right. and it looks like it was done with a branding iron.

My eyes aren't that great so I can't comment on if it's 10 degrees off but all new tattoos are raised the first week or two after you get them, hence the branding iron look. The one I have on my back looked exactly like the one she posted (in the raised sense) and it settled in a week later and looks wonderful.

OP, I think your tattoo looks fantastic and the design is very unique, which is rare these days! Congrats!!!!

i know quite a bit of professional scientists with very visible tattoos (including full sleeves done). they're not bad people because they have them and it doesn't make them any dumber. in all honesty, who cares? it's what people like to do and want to spend their money on, is it hurting you other than your eyes? my guess is probably not.

personally i think nowadays it's more like art than before and i appreciate a good tattoo (i've got one myself).
