So here it is the last day of April and I'm planning where we will eat in December. Is this crazy or what?? LOL. I will be calling for our ADR's in June so I'm trying to get everything finalized...

Let me know what you think of my choices..if you have any suggestions let me know. A little background on the 3 of us....

Me-I'll pretty much try anything and I LOVE to try new things.

My husband-pretty picky eater. Doesn't like to try new things. Not a big seafood person but will eat Shrimp and Lobster.

We are both trying to stay away from alot of Red Meat (but we will have a nice steak every now and then)

Our 4 yr old son..pretty typical 4 yr old. Hamburgers, chicken fingers nothing fancy.

Anyway..moving on...These are all Dinners..if they are in RED then we have never been to that resturant before

Day 1 (staying at Hilton in DTD for one night) House of Blues
Day 2 Chef Mickeys (1st night tradition)
Day 3 Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package
Day 4 Rainforest Cafe (Animal Kingdom)
Day 5 Le Cellier Candlelight Processional Package
Day 6 Captain Jacks or Fultons Crab house or Portobello Yacht Club
Day 7 Cinderella's Royal Table (either Dinner or Breakfast)
Day 8 Sci Fi
Day 9 LTT or California Grill (MVMCP night)
Day 10 Whispering Canyon Cafe or Narcoossees or Citrocos
Day 11 ESPN Club (Boardwalk)
Day 12 Planet Hollywood (Lunch before we leave)

Suggestions???? Especially on the days where I have choices...

Looks like lots of good dining. However, you posted this on the Disney Dining Plan board. Does that mean you are using the DDP? If so, you have many more TS credits used than would be allotted for your stay. In addition, some of the restaurants you listed are not on the DDP.

But guessing that you are not on the DDP, I'll just address the meals on which you're undecided.

I would pick California Grill over Liberty Tree Tavern since you have other character meals planned.

Portobello Yacht Club would get my vote for that dinner.
Happy planning!

Just to let you know you aren't the only one! :cool1: I am also setting here the last day of April planning what we'll eat in Dec. I want to have it figured out so I can book it at 180days!

We have eaten at some of those restaurants...if you haven't eaten at a Rainforest Cafe you'll have alot of fun! Our dd's love it there! Le Ceiller food was very good but we had a slow rude server though! We have eaten breakfast twice at CRT's...the first time it was at approx 10:30 and we had a pretty long wait for everything from being seated to seeing the character to getting food however on our last trip we had an 8:05 ressie...WOW..it was so much fun. We found ESPN to be okay but the tables were really small.

Now it's my turn...I guess you must like SCI-FI if you are going again...it is one of the 4 ADR's were planning.

Have FUN!

Us too! 180 days for us is June 1, and I want to have everything decided before then. I'm not sure what's funnier - the idea of planning every meal 6 months in advance, or the fact that I'm enjoying the process of deciding! :rotfl:

Thanks for the info! I thought the ESPN club would be cool for my DH and DS. They are sports nuts. I may try somewhere else in Boardwalk though.

We LOVE Sci Fi. We tried it 2 years ago even though we had read HORRIBLE reveiws about it. The atmosphere is wonderful and one of a kind. We had a chicken sandwich that was just amazing. I hope you guys like it!!!

Yes, we are doing the DDP. I have to sit down and figure out how many TS credits we "need". I know we are over but hey..DH said "Pick whatever resturants you want to go to". So ok..I am!! LOL

Thanks for your input!!!
