I'm thinking of buying a contract through the Timeshare store. I'm wondering what othere have to say about them. Thanks Ron..

My first BCV contract was through the Timeshare Store. They were very nice and, I felt, extremly efficient. I'm currently looking for a small add-on and will use them again in a heartbeat. That is if they have the right contract! We used Jason Erpelding. Good luck with your search!

I have done three small add-on's with TTS, and they have been great. The title company that they work with does an excellent job and is quick to close once the paperwork is back. Everyone who I have spoken with at TTS has been very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to use them again. I have not used any of the other resellers, so far.

completely professional the 1 time that I used them to buy a resale contract. would definitely use them again if I were in the market.

The Timeshare Store has handled a couple of transactions for me. I found them to be very easy to work with and they always responded in a timely manner whenever I asked for information. I'd certainly recommend them.

Bought and sold through them and nothing but good reviews from me as well.

Same here as the other posts - a good company to deal with. I brought one contract through them.

Very professional outfit. I've purchased one contract through them and sold four contracts through them. Nice folks if you stop in the office too.

I suspect they are very good at getting everything done. I have read many good reviews of them, but I stil have a sour taste in my mouth. I made an offer on a contract which I thought was reasonable ($/points and slit MF and closing). My offer was around $10 lower on the points (which they had listed high). I was basically told that it was too low of an offer and that the MF fee is always paid by the buyer. They did say they would present my offer, but made me feel dirty. After a day of not getting any return (and also looking at a very similar contract elsewhere), I called. The person I orginally spoke to was not in and the back up did not have the specifics. I got a call back a few hours later that I had to let go to VM since I was on a work call. THey VM said that the seller did not accept. And that was it.

I made an offer (and was accepted) on the other contract / other company (which has been sitting for over 8 moths) and got more points / lower cost / point and I buyer paid MF and we slit closing.

So, my one and only experience was not good and I did not even consider them for my most recent contract I am working on.

I do think if you are looking for the lowest cost per point and some deal on MF/Closing, TTS is not the place to go.

I used them for my first two purchases and was happy with the service I received. While I have made some more offers through TTS, none of the offers were accepted. So lately my purchases have all been through Fidelity.

We bought our contract through them and were completely happy. We worked with Jerry mostly but Scot helped us on a Saturday when we found the perfect contract for us! Love that they are there 7 days a week. We would use them again for sure.

I thought they were great! We worked with Jerry and he was always approachable and gave good updates. I saw a contract, phoned to ask if I could make an offer, made the offer and got it - other than the initial phone call, communication was via email which I prefer. We live overseas so I was a bit nervous about wiring a fairly large amount of money but both the process for the deposit and final payment went smoothly.

We've purchased two contracts through TTS. Scott and the team did an excellent and timely job keeping us informed as our contracts moved through the process. I recommend TTS to anyone looking to buy resale.

I've bought and sold through TTS, and also bought direct from Disney. I highly recommend TTS and would buy through them rather than direct even if the price were the same. They are much more knowledgeable, professional, and um...accurate in the information they present, than my DVC timeshare saleswoman.

I've also had some dealings with one of the other resale companies and they were mediocre at best.

You've probably seen enough positive responses already to help with your decision, but I just want to add my "thumbs up" to the list. TTS has been great! We've both bought and sold through them and found them to be very reputable, responsive, knowledgeable, and all those good things. Would not hesitate to use them again...but I really feel that we have all the points we need and all the maintenance fees we can manage, so my addonitis bug has been all but vanquished. For now...:rotfl:

I was told the exact same thing.

Turns out another broker had the perfect contract for us so we used someone else.

I had a similar experience, so I used Fidelity instead. I have bought two through them and been very happy! :goodvibes
