Gloves, hats, scarves? I thought the temperatures were supposed to be in the 70s! We are going the 3rd-10th of January. Does it get cold at night? And what is cold? 50s? 40s? I am beginning to wonder if we have to pack shorts and pants!

It can get pretty chilly in the evenings...... while shorts and t-shirts may be fine during the day, I would bring pants, jackets, etc to wear in the evenings. The weather in Florida in January can be kind of unpredictable!

We go 2 ways:

#1 - for long days at the parks with no return to the room, or parade days we take the rolling bookbag I purchased several years ago (I think this will be it's 3rd or 4th trip)...it has a big inside, zipper pouch on front with mesh pounch over that, mesh side pouch and zippered side pouch...

Inside goes:
blanket goes on bottom (this is to spread out for the parade spot or to take a short rest on)
lightweight jackets go next (if we think we'll need them)
DH, DS, & DD sometimes take a change of shorts or a t-shirt, dep on weather
baggies of snacks
juice boxes
My Pocket-size (mid size Day Planner) trip organizer / this has all of our ADR's, maps, time sheets, room key/tickets, anything else and personal ID

Outside big zipper pouch:
autograph book
pens
hand sanitizer
baby wipes
clorox wipes
travel size toilet paper
travel kleenex
travel spot remover
small bottle of tylenol or ibuprophen

Outside front mexh pouch:
Umbrella (if needed)
Hidden Mickey Guide
anything we need to get to quick

side mesh pouch:
Water Bottle or a cola

side zippered pouch:
camera
extra batteries
cell phone
disposable video camera (from CVS)

#2 For our quick trips or nights, I take my large Tinkerbell pocketbook I got at Wal-Marts many years ago. It is so cute, has a large screenprint of Tink falling over the spool of thread with glitter and sequins over a black vinyal bag...

I take my baggie with all my travel items (sanitizer, wipes, etc)
camera
extra batteries
cell phone
my above mentioned trip planner w/everything in it
disposable video camera
a few snacks
water bottle or a cola
autograph book and pen
I can fit an umbrella if I need to

DANG!:goodvibes

camera
sunglasses
hat
chapstick
small brush
wallets
tylenol

We typically go during the cooler months, so if it looks like it's going to be cold, we may cram in some sweatshirts.

Our bag is small, we like to travel light, less to lug around.

camera-cell phone,and a WALLET! that's all I need for the day

park tickets
money
car key
tissues
advil
park map
sheet of paper with any park plans or adrs
chapstick
comb & hair clip
camera
sunglasses
cell phone
anti-bacterial gel & wipes
ponchos if needed

If we bring a bag, it has disposable ponchos, camera, tiny bottle of sunblock, tiny bottle with tylenol, benadryl, and ibuprofen, tums, ginger pills for motion sickness, and a couple of bandaids. DH carries his wallet and I put my ID, debit card, and some cash in a pocket.

On our most recent trips we've managed to put these items in our pockets, with the camera on my belt.

Camera
Phone
Wallet
Bandaids
Water Bottle
Sunscreen
Hand sanitizer
Gum
Sunglasses
and Chapstick

We have a bag on wheels. It was actually my dd's schoolbag (knapsack). It can go on our back or we can pull it behind us.

I read somewhere that we are not allowed bags on wheels..... is this so? I read somewhere on this thread that someone uses a bag on wheels.

We have used it at so many other places that we are hoping that we can use it on our trip.

Just wondering?

Thanks,

Jan
