A few of my favorite items that help me lose very well, but stay full, are
-grilled chicken (I do a few marinated breasts at a time and slice to keep
in fridge all the time-- even for snacking)
-hard-boiled eggs
-0% fat Chiobani Greek yogurt
- lots of mixed greens
-black bean mango salsa I make. (Black beans, fresh or frozen corn, red pepper, diced mango, red onion and balsamic vinegar. It is almost no fat, high in fiber and terrific with fish, chicken, salads.)
I lost almost 20 lbs on WW Core program in a few months by being sure to have these on hand, even for snacking.
For a treat I like to keep the smaller Peppermint Patties in the freezer. I also used skim milk to make the fat free Jello pudding occasionally.
I love to bake and make wonderful breads, so I knew I needed to stick to healthy proteins and hardly any bread. Rather than have a hugely varied diet, I actually preferred having fewer things that were easy to vary and keep in stock.
I should probably get back on track with this. Unfortunately when I get back to baking, the good stuff loses its appeal...
Good luck!!!
