to get in the cruising-state-of-mind? Last night I got out a recipe from the Art of Entertaining Series from the January Magic and made Pan Fried Salmon on Mushroom Risotto, served with Tomato, Red Onion, Corriander and Lime Salso (yeah, I know, long title!) It was awesome, I must say. My dh raved and raved about it....and he doesn't like salmon! Served it with that yummy Moscato we learned about on the ship.....you could almost feel the room roll on the waves......I was looking for Arvind, our server...is that a horn blast I hear?

I heard that some of you listen to Disney on Steel Drums CD....what else takes you back.....besides a flight to Orlando!

It doesn't take much to get me "in the mood" for our June cruise! I read these boards way too much, pour through the photos of our '98 cruise and read the cruise booklet every night! It's easy to get DH and DD going to - just pop the video in and watch them light up! I like your idea of planning dinner around our favorite on board meals, Kris! Hmmmm, maybe a yummy chocolate souffle for dessert tonight ??? Come on June!

I get out the memory box I bought on board last year, look at the pictures in the album section then take out the navigators and other bits and pieces from the box section and read everything all over again!

Would love to watch the video but WE FORGOT THE CAMERA! Won't make that mistake in August!

If I actually cooked something that sounded like that, my dh would think a miracle had happened in our kitchen. I'm guessing that.... 1: It didn't come out of a box. or 2: It has more than 3 ingredients. Hummm, maybe you'd better NOT send me that recipe!
