What do you do to "Blow Off Steam"?

I use to have a speed punching bag hanging in the garage I would use, now I find its more useful to get out and ride...these are all great "outlets"

Unfortunately I'm a slammer - I slam anything in my way! Doors, books, magazines, tables, drawers, chairs, etc. And I don't slam them quietly either. I'm also a thrower - I throw whatever made me mad or is in my way. I usually don't have steam to blow off - I'm a steam builder - I let it build until I can't take it any longer and then it all blows at once!!!!!

Hey - it beats hitting the hell out of someone!
