Hi guys....if anyone can come up with ideas to help me, it's the DIS boards!

I find that I am drowning in Disney paperwork. You know...all that "stuff" you accumulate when planning a trip, then all the "stuff" you bring home from the trip. Looking for ideas on how to store/organize everything. I know we'll be heading back to WDW in the future, so I don't want to throw all the planning stuff away. And...the things I brought back from the trip are precious memories....

Which brings me to a question for those of you who go/have gone multiple times: How to do you save or store things from your trips? Do you keep each trip's memorabelia and photos separate? Or after a while do you just throw it all in together??

I have high hopes of starting a scrapbook of our WDW vacations, but seeing as the first was in 2000, and we've had two more since then, I'm a bit behind!! Don't even know where to get started.

Anyway....any thoughts or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!!

TIA!

When I go on my trips I like to collect things here in there such as brochures, admission tickets, and I put them together in a photo album with my photos.
Since you have alot of things from before, why don't you just get a regular photo album and put things in there according to your trips. As for the scrapbooking, you can start with your latest trip, so that you aren't overwhelmed by everything, but still have a way to see your pictures nicely and to show it off.
For your Disney part of your scrapbook, you can just buy the scrapbooking kits so you have something to follow by.

Ive done both- I have WDW/DL specific books which have most of my "stuff" and I also scrap the trips into the year book- For my DL book its got a guide map from every visit, the tickets I still have and then for each land has a main page with all the FP and freebees for each park- If its trip specific then it goes in that book-

If I can find my camera Ill post copies of my land pages with the stuff on them :)

I file all of my stuff away in an accordian file until I'm ready to do my pages. Sometimes I will do a pocket page to hold everything in my scrapbook album.

What I finally did since I am terrible at note taking and have tons of pictures from WDW is just did a scrap book about Disney not about our trips.

That way if anyone wants to know something about WDW or see what it looks like I pull the book out and they can see a lot of info in a short time.

But best of all everything is cleaned up all the maps and napkins and all the other stuff I collected is now in one place!
