I am amazed at how quickly everything moved this time. I want to say that was maybe half of how long previous contracts took? I wonder if that’s par for the course now that they’ve added the $500 CAF. If so, it’s money well spent, IMO.

Based on how fast things are moving, and we are 3 months in to contract being passed when this was in play, I’d say that the extra fee is working they way DVC implied it should based on why it was being added.
