My BFF and I teamed up to cater a "drive-by wedding" for the daughter of another of our dear friends yesterday. We baked practically everything imaginable!

I did the wedding cake myself, which they cut and served, and we split the rest of the list: an apple pie, two cheesecakes (berry swirl and chocolate glazed), profiteroles, lemon trifle, pecan caramel brownies, a beautiful jelly mold and fruit salad. It was an impressive spread and everything turned out perfectly but due to Covid restrictions, the tiny crowd only made a dent in it. The newlyweds will be living on nothing but love and dessert for quite a while.
