I am curious if anybody else is experiencing this issue on the DCL site when trying to book. For some context, my family and some friends are sailing on the June 27, 2027 5 night from PC. Since our friends and my immediate family are Silver CC members, our travel agent has already been able to book our staterooms. However, my parents are taking their first cruise. I've been trying to look for them (logged in as me, of course so that I can see the current availability before they book on Monday).
Here is the issue: on certain decks, the aft of the ship is cut off in the graphic so that you cannot see the rooms to select them. For example, on our particular sailing on the Fantasy, Decks 9 and 10 (see below) show fine, but other decks, such as Deck 7 where our rooms are booked, are just completely cut off or missing (also see below).
I'm just curious if others have experienced this or know of a workaround. I will say, my TA originally said she was having an issue seeing those extended verandah staterooms, but that she figured it out (I have no idea what she did).
Also, the screenshot doesn't show it, but at the top it shows that I am specifically looking at Extended Verandah rooms. I can click View More Options and it shows Extended Verandah (which is selected) or DF-04B Family Verandah as available. It shows DF-04A Family and DF-04C Family as unavailable. So, I'm led to believe there are still extended verandah rooms available on Deck 7, but there is just a graphic/display issue possibly?
