Baking question:
My DS took a cooking class and his teacher said that a "dry" cup is a different measurement than a "liquid" cup. I went to my Pyrex measuring cup and measured a cup of water, then poured it in to my plastic dry measuring cup and sure enough, it was slightly different.
Has anyone else found that? Is it time for me to invest in a new set of measuring cups or do I just have to be more diligent in what I measure in which cup?
