What day will Disneyland's section of the Christmas parade be taped?

I've heard rumors that it's on the 15th, but does anyone know the exact date and/or have proof?

Usually its done earlier than that, ive been there for it twice, 2 years ago was the 5th, dont recall the exact date of the one prior.

It has been filmed over Veteran's Day weekend the last couple of years. So my guess would be the weekend of November 8th and 9th this year.

We were there Nov 29-Dec 6 in 2005. They shot it one of those days! It was very cool. Everyone was lined up on the streets in Santa hats, etc.. waving at imaginary Christmas floats! too funny.

They also had Fantasia Burrino there singing. It was in front of the castle. All and I mean ALL of the Disney characters were there dancing. We were right up at the front for the taping. She sang her song 2 or 3 times to get it right. It was so much fun.
We watched the show, but didn't see ourselves in any part of it!

We didn't even know it was going to be shot that day that we were there, we just stumbled upon it!!

I'd like to know this too cause I'm planning to be there either in late nov or early dec..do they have certain sections taped off?? Like you can't walk through the castle..would you have to go all the way around?? Thanks!!
