have to say, I was not convinced about these shoes just by reading this thread. I had to try them on for myself, and thank goodness I did! They are everything everyone here says they are. I feel like I'm walking on marshmellows all day long. I wore them to the office today, and the only semi-negative comment I got was "Wow! Those shoes are BLUE!" Why, yes, they are, but I have happy feet now!!!

I cut and pasted this from another post - I didn't want to include the entire thing, but this guy has NO CLUE!! I wear these shoes all day long. How can he possibly say they have no support, with the way the heel, arch, and tarsal bar ar made in these shoes?? C'mon, Dan! Try a pair on before you talk bad about them!!

I am so disappointed!!! I bought a pair of Crocs and thought they were soooo comfortable...but can't wear them because they make my feet sweat like crazy (even with socks!). Darn, darn, darn

Calypaso, so sorry! My feet have started to sweat a little in them, but dry right away.
I have 6 or 7 pairs now and have been accused of being a rep or salesperson by my family! Both of my DS's are termanily embarassed by them and me. The younge girl next door wants some for our joint families trip this month. Her mom said she wasn't getting them for her( she JUST got the kid a bunch of clothes for the trip!), but since the kids B'day is the week we all go down I am getting her a pair! That will also allow me the chance to go and see if I can find some more I NEED!!!! I , er, mean, make sure she gets the right size....
I have also been stopped in the street several times in the last day by strangers and asked where I got them and what they are. I am gonna print out little cards with the web address, and local stores! Well, maybe not, cause then I will never find the lime green ones for me before someone else buys them all up!!!

Well, I have to say, I haven't taken my CROCS off since I bought them a few weeks ago!

I can't thank Dchef enough for enlightening me

I did have to cancel my khaki order tho because they couldn't fill it before I left for Disney. When we get back, I'll look at more local stores.

I know people here on the DISboards have talked about Teva's and I'm hoping to try on a pair of the "Spoiler III" model. But CROCS are fave! My feet don't perspire and the comfort can't be beat I guess by living so many years in South Florida, I've become fully adapted

Has anyone received Lime green crocs yet? If so from where. Everywheere I try to order says it is not n stock and the crocs website does not even have them listed yet.
We are goinginJune and thought they would be fun to have.

Thank you! You have inspired me not to give up quite so soon. I'll try them a bit longer -- perhaps with some of the moisture wicking socks. I really want them to work and I really want the lime green ones.

I am shocked that so many people think they are so ugly as I think they are cute...in a funky sort of way. I guess I have no shame as I will be seen in public with them and my white socks! (I do have some pride though -- they are the no-show kind, not crew socks with colored bands around the top. LOL )

I haven't read through this whole thread but I saw four racks of crocs at the local Dillards store at the mall. They had every color you can imagine. I'm glad I saw them because I had been thinking about ordering some but was hesitant without trying them on. I ended up not getting them because I think I need a cross between the small and medium. Neither pair felt quite right. By the way Dillards is not listed on the website as one of the stores in my area that sells them, so it was a surprise to see them there.

There are a few different stores around here that carry them, and they aren't listed either. I wouldn't go by that list.

I have to admit a bit of jealosy for those of you who have had the opportunity to have your feet "sweat" in these. Here in Michigan I haven't had that problem yet! It's supposed to warm up to the 70's by this weekend though - I'll try them out at the soccer tournament I'll be at with my son and see if I can get my feet to sweat like the rest of you!

I have the Lime ones on order from Sahalie. They were backordered until April something or other but I just got an e-mail the other day and they're now backordered until mid-May. The good news is they gave me a code for 10% off my next purchase from Sahalie!!

I have to admit that I saw someone here post about finding them at their Sports Authority and just out of curiosity I went by ours and checked. They had them!!! Not only that they had PURPLE. Now I did not know I wanted Purple but apparently I did. Got them. I really am looking for different styles other than Beach to try and for lime but the Beaches keep finding me and tempting me. They feel so good on my feet that I cant resist.

Just got my first pair today and I think I'm going to love them! My daughter is already begging for her own pair. I got the Nile in Sea Blue and they are so comfy! Anyone know why the colors are so limited in this style? I think I'd like the open toe design much better than the clog styles.

By the way, the saleswoman said that she'd heard they'll be getting a thong style soon. Anyone else hear about that? My men would like those best, I'm sure.

It is the one in Aventura. On Biscayne Blvd somewhere between 163 and 203rd street. Sorry I do not know the exact address. It is right before you get to Lohmans Plaza Mall. They had purple, red, pink,orange, navy, blue, black and khaki. Big display first one at the shoe section. Good luck!
