What common phrases do you hate?

This is a spelling thing, but I don't like "Wallah" instead of "Voilà"!

My wife does that. The first time I saw it, I had no idea what she was trying to say. I don't say anything. I like living indoors too much

I also cringe at the incorrect uses of:

I'm going to be blatantly non-PC here and say that sometimes, Baby Mama or Baby Daddy just fits the situation. That two word phrase sums up a lot of information. It means something much different from "the father/mother of my child." Goes way beyond that.

Exactly my point. The origin started with, and I am going to try to be very sensitive here, someone who either a) was not articulate enough to speak correctly or b) chose not to speak correctly, for some reason (Laziness? To be cool?)

So, this phrase which at the very core is not speaking correctly actually expanded to be used by people who CAN speak correctly but now use the term, because it's the thing to do.

I think we all know the original connotation and intention of the phrase, so I won't go into detail on it. I just don't understand what's wrong with "The father of my child." or "My baby's biological father" or hey, if you want to give it THAT coat of paint, "The scum who impregnated me and bailed." Or, heck, just add the stupid apostrophe-s and say, "Baby's daddy" if you are so inclined to go that route.

But, worse. Now people are calling their spouses "my baby daddy" "my baby momma" There are movies and television shows actually titled after these phrases. smh

"Junk" when referring to genitals.
